Outer Work

The part everyone can see — the habits, systems, and environments that actually move your life forward. Not perfection. Just intentional choices that build momentum.

Weight loss with honesty and consistency

like helping my 86-year-old grandma drop 30+ pounds the slow, real way.

Nutrition that fuels you

energy over aesthetics.

Movement that makes you strong

not punishment, power.

Style that matches your identity

wearing who you are, not who you were taught to be.

A home that gives you mental space

clearing the chaos so you can breathe.

Joy and hobbies you forgot you loved

bringing life back online.

A year built with intention

rhythms that support your future self.

Money clarity and stability

a relationship with finances that isn't rooted in fear.

Relationships that actually nourish you

choosing connection over depletion.

Career boundaries that protect your life

work that doesn't swallow you whole.

Daily rituals that ground you

small anchors in a loud world.

Digital boundaries that keep you sane

curating your online world so it doesn't run your real one.

Aligned partnership

showing up as your real self so the right person can actually find you.

Inner Work

This is where things get real — the identity, grief, and life questions you can’t curate or fake. I’m not a therapist, but my approach is informed by psychology classes I took in college, years of personal growth, and lived experience. Together, we explore the messy, beautiful parts of being human with truth, compassion, and zero judgment.
